At Junk It STL, we take pride in providing reliable and professional junk removal services to all our customers. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before booking a service.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes any situation where the agreed-upon junk removal or hauling work has been performed as scheduled.
We encourage customers to confirm all details—such as the scope of work, pricing, and access requirements—prior to the start of service to ensure satisfaction.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service time.

Cancellations made within this time frame may be rescheduled without penalty.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged $100 to card on file
3. Service Quality Concerns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there was an issue with the quality or completion of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion at junkitstl@outlook.com. While refunds are not offered, we will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve your concern.
