2. Estimates and Payments

All price estimates are based on the information you provide and may change if additional items or labor are required.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods as specified by Junk It STL.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling a service, you agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the junk removal area.
Ensure all items for removal are clearly identified and do not include hazardous materials unless previously discussed.
Be present at the scheduled time of service or authorize someone to approve work on your behalf.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not remove certain items, including hazardous or toxic materials, flammable substances, or items restricted by local regulations. Please confirm with us before your appointment if you are unsure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Junk It STL is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, or any indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
